We stopped by the premise of C'wok Cafe Patin
Tempoyak, in Kg. Raja Songsang, Temerluh. Patin fish became a special menu today. Well,
the aroma of tempoyak was really mouthwatering. Indeed, it’s recognized
that tempoyak patin is a culinary icon of
Temerluh. A popular appetizer for tempoyak fans. Of course it's one of my
favourite since childhood, and not to mention "babotok", traditional
cuisine of Bangkulu. 'Sedap giler". No wonder Temerluh is well known for
its tempoyak patin curry. It’s said that the original recipe is passed down
through the generations. So it has become a heritage dish. That the only
traditional cuisine that continuously stand the test of time. No wonder it has
become a well known dish at any
restaurant or cafe. Thus, it’s becoming
more viral in cyberspace. Of course, it stimulates the taste of virtual
customers then.
