A Moment To Remember
(Different Flavours Make Different Appetites)
We
were on the way to the 638-metre Drawbridge. This Southeast Asia's first
drawbridge is a new icon for Terengganu.
So might as well we had our breakfast
before we went to the art exhibation at the drawbridge tower. By then
Basir Restaurant, at Jalan Kota Baharu, Lorong Punai, offered plenty of appetizers: mee sup, mee curry,
laksa Penang, laksa Terengganu, mee soto and rojak ayam. This restaurant had been one of Fais's favorites since his
childhood. Even now It has become one of our kitchens, especially when we
decide to have a change in taste. Well,
different flavours created different appetites actually. However the taste
is subjected to the mood of the day.
Hopefully a good mode would make our
visit to the drawbridge tower a moment
to remember.
