Finally we dropped by at the slightly
isolated Kajang Road, Pucung. Yet the
well known Café Beriani Gam Restaurant became a popular attraction to beriani
rice lovers. It was said, this restaurant inherited the original recipe from
Batu Pahat, Johor. Might be this was the secret of the herb mixture. That's what they said "a diversity in
one taste". Well, not even sitting down we were being greeted with the
aroma of kambing kuzi beriani. It's really challenging our appetite. Wow, what
a mouth-watering dish. After that day, it took a couple of weeks to vanish from my dream.
